Smart Group of Industries Ltd. is embarking on an exciting venture by planning to develop a private economic zone named as “Nazir Ahmed Economic Zone – 2” in Mongla, Bagerhat, Bangladesh. This strategic move involves utilizing a 50-acre plot of land that the company has already acquired. In order to proceed with their plans, Smart Group of Industries Ltd. must obtain a License to develop he EZ, followed by a pre-qualification license from BEZA. Feasibility study, ESIA and Master plan preparation are also included among other pre-requisites to obtain the final license from BEZA. The location of the proposed project is in Gazaria Upazila of Munshiganj District. The location falls under Kaichkhali and Choiddokahnia Mouza of Voberchor Union.
