CEZL intends to expand the existing CEZ for approximately 56 acres of their own land. In this regard, the assessment of environmental and social feasibility and development of a Master plan and its Detail Design for the selected area is necessary for the CEZL project’s complete implementation to plan and operate effectively. M/S PRC Enterprise has been appointed by CEZL to provide consultancy services for “Feasibility study and Master Plan Preparation for the Expansion Area of City Economic Zone Ltd. at Rupganj, Narayanganj”, which eventually includes several phases of works to complete the whole scope of services as follows:

− Performing EIA and SIA

− Study Phase (Preparation of Reports and Documents)

− Design Phase (Detailed design of Master Plan, Zoning Plan, Infrastructure Plan, land use Plan etc.)
